I. Anyone, any age or gender, playing any sorts of sports, should most importantly be well hydrated, eat and sleep well. A healthy balanced diet, that's not too strict either, should be a part of their day-to-day. Second, they should take the time to stretch before any sort of work out, focusing especially on the parts of their body which they'll mobilise (like legs if they are running or having a leg-focused strength training session), despite needing to warm everything up. If allowed depending on the sport, they can add knee pads or elbow pads if they have weaker knees or elbows. Any patient should also consider walking a lot outside of their practice, not just on a treadmill, but in nature. Which brings us to our next point : any player's mental state matters no matter which sport they practice, even in a non-competitive setting. Which is why having a sort of ritual that uplifts them can be a very nice bonus before any workout.

II. Do you get bored of your own preferred sports ? If so, do you switch things up ? Do you find it better to play alone, or with a partner (family, friends, etc.) ? Do you believe your sports to be your identity or just a hobby ?
