Check up

If I were speaking to a patient about playing sports safely, I would say that sports are very good for health. They help keep the body strong and improve the mental health. But it is important to be careful to avoid injuries. First, I would advise the patient to always warm up before playing sports. Warming up help prepare the muscles and reduces the risk of injury. I would also recommend wearing the right equipment, like good shoes and protective gear, especially in contact sports. It is also important to listen to your body. If you feel pain or feel very tired, you should stop and rest. Drinking water during exercise is very important to stay hydrated. I would also suggest to start slowly if the patient is new to sports, and increase the effort step by step.

To understand the patient better, I would ask some questions. For example: Have you had injuries before? How often do you play sports in a week? What kind of sports do you play? Do you feel pain when you exercise? And do you have any health problem that could affect your activity?

These questions help make sure the patient can play sports safely and enjoy the benefits.
