Self-expression The ability to communicate emotions, thoughts, and ideas through creative activities.

Cathartic process A healing experience that allows deep emotional expression and relief.
Flow A mental state of complete absorption in an activity, often leading to creativity and relaxation.
Rewiring The brain’s ability to form new connections, often stimulated by artistic and therapeutic activities.
Mind-body connection The relationship between mental and physical health, often emphasized in arts and movement therapy.
Neuroplasticity The brain’s ability to reorganize and adapt by forming new neural connections.
Artistic outlet A way to express emotions, ideas, or creativity through art, music, dance, or other mediums.
