A key priority is developing proper technique and skills , as correct movements help reduce unnecessary strains and lower the risk of injury. Wearing well-fitted, sport-specific equipment is equally important, since it provides essential protection during contact or high-impact actions.

It’s also very crucial to pay attention to physical warning signs. Symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, or unusual fatigue should never be ignored, as they may indicate something more serious, like a concussion. Taking time to rest and recover is part of training, not a setback. Good sleep, hydration, and nutrition all play a major role in keeping the body strong and resilient.

Finally, progress should be gradual. Pushing beyond limits too quickly can increase the likelihood of injury, whereas steady improvement builds both confidence and physical durability.

If I had questions to ask I will surely ask those to the patient :

- Have you ever experienced a head injury or felt dizzy or disoriented during or after playing sports, as this could indicate a risk of concussion or other underlying issues?

- How would you describe your sleep and recovery habits during the week, since rest badly can significantly increase the risk of injury and affect your performance?

- What are your main goals in practicing this sport, do you really think that you must spend all your strength and energy in this ? Don't you have a family or friends to spend time with ?
