It's true that many sports can lead to injuries, but it's important to remember that sports can offer tremendous benefits. It's essential to use proper technique to avoid to getting hurt. For example, never forget to warm up (your muscules needs to warm up before your start to exercising). If it's a sport where protective gear like knee pads or elbow pads is recommended, it's best to wear them. Never forget to stay hydrated, it's a simple step but one that's easy to overlook. 

What's sport would you like to play ? Most of the sports we offer are team sports, are you ready to open up to others ? We need to support one another, if we lose, you'll need to be there for your teammates, are you up to it ? Keep in mind that sports are a game, so you need to be a good sport and maintain a positive attitude, like shaking your opponents' hands at the end of the game. Sports aren't justa bout physical ability, they also test your mental toughness, team spirit, and positive attitude. If what I've just said appeals to you and you feel up to challenge, welcome !
