I. First of all I would tell him/her that warming up is one of the more important parts of the training, even though it’s often overlooked. So my first advice would be to warm up properly because it will leads him/her to a great training. Next, it’s really important to remember him/her to always stay well hydrated, as proper hydration helps to prevent injuries. Finally, it’s essential to remember him/her to wear the right equipment to avoid putting herself/himself in unnecessary danger.
