I. Advice

Your brain health matters. You must never ignore symptoms like black spots in your vision, spinning sensations, starnge feelings such as being out of sync.

II. Questions

What are your personal goals ?

Do you trust the coach enough to tell him/her when you feel bad ?

Are there any personal struggles or lifestyle stressors currently affecting your performance ?

I agree with your advice, but I'd add more concrete actions the patient could take once they start experiencing these symptoms.

I agree with you. I think it’s important to tell patients that if they experience symptoms like dizziness, blurred vision, or confusion, they should stop playing immediately, rest, and speak to a coach, parent, or doctor before returning to the sport.
