I. Advice about playing sports safely

Playing sports is very good for your health. It makes your heart stronger, improves your mood, and helps you stay fit. However, contact sports can sometimes cause injuries. I would advise you to always wear the right protective equipment, like a helmet or mouthguard if needed. Make sure you warm up before playing and stretch after. Listen to your body and rest if you feel pain. If you have a head injury, stop playing and see a doctor before returning.

II. Questions for the patient

I would ask you what sport you want to play and how often you train. Have you had any injuries before, especially concussions? Do you ever feel chest pain, dizziness, or trouble breathing during exercise? Do you have any medical conditions like asthma? These questions help me understand if it is safe for you to play and what precautions you should take.

Your advice on physical safety like using proper gear and warming up is very practical and easy to follow. I especially like that you included a clear "return to play" rule for head injuries.
