Be careful and have fun

I would suggest that the patient remains very careful about their health and never go beyond their body’s limits. If they ever get hurt physically, or experience a hard time psychologically, they should take a break and be able to discuss their issues with their coach, without any fear of judgement and any pression related to performance. Sport should always be fun and passionate, never a source of stress nor a threat to their physical and mental health.

I would ask the patient what are they are looking for in their practice, what they enjoy the most, and what they identify as their main difficulty in sports.

I think your text is very clear and thoughtful. I liked how you emphasized both safety and enjoyment in sports, and how you included questions to understand the patient’s perspective.
