I. Make sure you warm up properly and use the right equipment. Obviously don’t forget that sports should be enjoyable. They’re great for building confidence, teamwork, and learning how to bounce back, but they shouldn’t become something that stresses you out.
II. Have you ever been injured before? How usually do you feel after playing? Are you enjoying the sport or are you forcing yourself? Do you feel any pressure from coaches, teammates, or family? Do you feel comfortable speaking freely?
