Playing sports is one of the best ways to build resilience and maintain your mental well-being, but physical safety is the foundation that allows those benefits to happen. My main advice is to listen to your body's signals. A straightforward injury can become a long-term problem if you try to push through it. Remember, physical safety isn't just about avoiding contact injuries, it's about making sure the sport remains a productive and positive activity rather than a source of overwhelming stress.

Aside from the physical demands, how are you feeling lately? Are there any stressors in your life that we should chat about?

you are totally right about listening to our body signals, even if sometimes people tend to forget to do it

I must agree. One should never forget to stay connected with one’s body. At times, it may seem as if the body is an enemy or a barrier, keeping us from our goals. Yet seeing it this way is a grave mistake. Our body is not an obstacle, but a guide!
