I. I would suggest to focus first and foremost on the enjoyment of the activity, such as if the sport session isn't enjoyable anymore (for fatigue or pain, or even for personal reasons) it's recommended to stop and take a little break. The duration of the break should also vary on the circumstances of the player/athlete. Another advice would be to rest sufficiently and integrate full "rest days" in between sessions if the patient practices various intense sports more than twice a week.
